Ken Reiss - Manager
Ken Reiss is the General Manager of Louisville Frame and Fender. Ken has been in the collision repair industry for 36 years and has been with Louisville Frame and Fender at this location since 1976. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Automotive Services Council of Kentucky. He is an accredited member of the Automotive Management Institute and has earned the I-CAR Gold Class Certificate.
As a Board Member of the Automotive Services Council of Kentucky, Ken supports the Automotive Services Industry in Kentucky. He works with other Council members across the state of Kentucky to promote the collision repair industry and educate the motoring public about their rights when confronted with the collision repair process.
Jeff Reiss - Customer Service Manager
Jeff Reiss has been at Louisville Frame and Fender for seven years in the role of Customer Service Manager.
He is an accredited member of the Automotive Management Institute and has earned the I-CAR Gold Class Certificate.
Born and raised in Lousiville, Jeff's number one goal is to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with their experinece at Louisville Frame.
Brenda is responsible for keeping things running smoothly at Lousiville Frame & Fender.
She is a smiling face that greets you when you walk in the door and will gladly help you throughout the repair process.
